Heath Painter
Many people say Heath Painter was born with a bow in his hand...
and that's nearly true. I can remember Heath at a very early
age running around the house shooting suction-cup arrows at
the refrigerator,Ó Heath's father, Dennis Painter recalls.
As Heath grew, so did his passion for archery. I remember
the first ÒRealÓ bow I ever shot... It was a bow my dad made
for me from a sapling. I still can see the very first arrow
shot from the bow twisting through the air. It was a turkey
barred cedar shaft... and it stuck into the pine tree I was
aiming at!, Heath recalls. From that moment on, I was hooked!...
